the tenth month begins
surplise! my bestfriend turns seventeen :D
though we're scattered in various campuses across singapore, we know that our hearts belong as one when we come together. (:
with the passing of each year, memories of children's day celebrations fade a little. the start of each month merely serves as a reminder that time is slipping away faster than you know it now. life's been very unhappening, thriving on novelty. longing to indulge in activities driven by desire, rather than obligation. when the whole study-like-there-is-no-tomorrow episode is over, normalcy would have transformed into a nebulous concept. sometimes wad goes thru the mind simply cannot keep up with real world. leaves one out of steam, at the end of the day.
and somehow there's this impalpable sense of dread that threatens to dampen the pre-planned post exam fun. it's the knowledge, that the authorities will never truly let us off; expectations to be met under the name of fun. eeyer.

oh lately i've been neurotic abt alarm clocks. like ringing alarm clocks. whenever an alarm goes off and someone hits the snooze button, few seconds later the ringing replays in my head. and it carries on periodically until i literally shake myself out of it. how very annoying indeed. anw the parents have launched a mugging as a way of life campaign at home; the big sister is roped in as well. duty calls as a FOC tutor.
